St. Andrews at Winston Park Apartments at 5400 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, Florida.

The complex is clean and the apartments are ok but the rates are way too expensive considering they don’t include any type of service in the rent price, really NONE! They charge you water (around $40 because they don’t have a meter for each apartment), sewer ($40 extra), FPL (that’s normal), you have to get your own internet/cable provider and also they charge you to pick up the trash ($28 + $3 admin fee). Also they say that you can’t have more than one bag of trash a day, even though they don’t pick it up every day but still you have to keep your trash or throw it by yourself so you don’t get penalized... really?

Complex is good, it has its good and not so good seasons but If you need help you should contact Gina, if she doesn't have a solution she looks for alternatives and she is always smiling. She is great.
